Zephyr Cove RV Park and Campground

Booked on Recreation.gov got no senior discount, no one at office to check you in, sign said go across the street to a gift shop which was closed. Need to better organize. Poor service for what they charge. Some Bathroom's were closed.

Would have gotten a 5 star rating if they would have kept up on the cleaning of the bathrooms and shower as areas and no info that you need to check in across the street untill you get to the campground itself! Besides that a great place to stay!

Great location, poorly managed

Beautiful campground right across the street from the beach. However, the bathrooms are disgusting. The toilets don’t have seats, there’s no lights so you have to bring a flashlight at night. In the entire park, One of the bath houses are closed so everyone has to use three stalls and two showers. They really need to do something about this. And there’s no services on the weekend so the floor is a mess and there’s no toilet paper

The store is nice and the sites are good but the restrooms weren't clean and the showers were ok at the most. Only option during winter months.
