Excellent! We will definitely plan our next stay at the resort. So beautiful and charming.
The location is amazing. The shower curtain is absolutely disgusting, I don't think it has ever been cleaned. All 4 beds had dirty bedding, it looked like someone has been on them with their shoes on, dusted one off and it came off sonit wasn't a stain. Grossed me out making me think they don't change the comforter after check out/between guests. The shower is so tiny, I was afraid to shower and touch the shower curtain. If you stay, bring your own bedding and plan on cleaning the shower yourself.
Service is greatly downgraded as they take a deposit and do not refund it. I stayed 2.5 weeks ago and while most places show a pending deposit that drops off they charge it and I've called 3 times with no action taken to reverse the charge despite the fact that it is owed to me. Upon arrival, around 3PM, I was told by the front desk that if I needed anything I would have to let her know by 5 otherwise she would not be back until 9AM. I do not consider this good service.
