Bridgette & Curtis are wonderful hosts! Their yurt is situated in a lovely forested area, only about 15 minutes from the restaurants, cafes, and shops of downtown Soquel & the beach, and Santa Cruz is only about another 10 minutes. Their yurt is somewhere between camping and an airbnb experience. Situated among trees it was very peaceful. Lots of bird song and nature sounds. Wild turkeys and deer roaming and grazing. This is a wonderful place to stay. The yurt is spotless, comfortable well appointed for this kind of dwelling in the sense that you can sleep you can work you can cook. It’s really fabulous. Being in the woods like this is amazing. The silence at night is profound. And the birds at sunrise are glorious. Bridgette and Curtis are amazingly warm hosts. Look no further!!
