This gorgeous retreat sleeps 6 comfortably and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath featuring a gas/wood fireplace and a hot tub. SPACE This is a single-level home with a new large deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on the new deck and take in the fresh mountain air while you delight in the view of pine tress on the property. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to cook, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker with coffee, creamer and tea, the dinning table seats 6 people and the Smart TV is in front of the table. Front yard with small deck and seating area to enjoy the mornings and late nights. Renovated back yard with new deck, Fire pit with seating area with chairs and BBQ to create the best memories. Layout of the bedrooms. NEIGHBORHOOD Quiet neighborhood, close to hiking trails ADDITIONAL RULES Please take the time to carefully review our listing. A booking request constitutes your complete acknowledgment of the listing description, amenities, check-in/out processes, and acceptance of the rules. We do not allow dogs due to homeowners' allergies. - No parties, events, or occupancy over 6 people and 2 cars max allowed. -All guests must be 21 and over to book this property. Your reservation canbe canceled if you are under the age of 21 and/or have negative reviews from other hosts. - Treat our home as you would your own. Furniture should not be moved around. There will be an additional cleaning fee for any stains on linens or sofas. Please address any spills quickly to avoid extra fees. A fee will be applied for late checkout of $75 if you do not check out at the time listed. -NOISE: Please do not disturb neighbors after 10pm with loud noises. San Bernardino County has a strict noise ordinance. Renters found to violate this ordinance will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental fees. PARKING: Only Park in the 2 designated parking spots. Street parking is not available per the city/county. CHECK OUT PROCESS: - Wash all dishes/BBQ tools in the dishwasher due to city sanitation requirements. - Make sure the BBQ is turned off, and return the cover to the BBQ. If the grill is left dirty, there will be an extra cleaning charge. - Make sure the heater is not turned off and returned to 55 degrees, or it will result in possible pipes damage. - Make sure fire is out in the fireplace, and ashes are cleared and dumped in the ash bin. - Leave any beds that were used unmade. Place all used towels in the tub. - Double-check for any personal belongings. The host is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. - Lock all windows and doors upon departure. *Critters such as ants, mice, spiders, moths, flies, chipmunks (along with bears, coyote, mountain lions, wild donkeys, etc.) are native to Big Bear and it is typical *INSIDE & AROUND ALL homes* in the mountains to have an occasional sighting of any of these small creatures. Especially during particularly dry/hot seasons when they are searching for water. Please keep in mind you are booking a trip in the wilderness- we are in a mountain town. We prepare for such sightings with traps, spray, etc., but we give no refunds for seeing any of these creatures & want to prepare our guests for what to expect. Please respect nature & accept all that comes with it if booking here. THE FOLLOWING RULES ARE SET BY THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY: PARKING All short-term renters must park on the rental property. No street parking is allowed. The number of approved spaces for your rental can be found on the information posted outside the unit. NOISE We know you have good taste in music, but your neighbors might not. So turn down the volume and keep all noise to a minimum. Guests are advised to adhere to quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. PETS Pets are required to be leashed or kept in an enclosed area on the property at all times. Dogs are required to be licensed. Barking or other animal noise may result in noise complaints. TRASH Please place all trash in approved containers. Ensure containers are closed to keep animals out. Do not place trash bags or other uncontained trash anywhere on the property. OCCUPANCY Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both. The approved number of people allowed in the unit can be found on the information posted inside the unit. PROHIBITED USES Short-term rentals may not be used for commercial purposes, such as filming, corporate retreats, conferences, or wedding receptions. COMPLAINTS The County operates a 24-hour hotline where residents can report short-term rental violations. All complaints are investigated and can result in a $1,000 citation. REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN You should receive a complete copy of the rental unit rules and regulations from the owner as well as information about penalties for violations. If you do not, please request this information. Review it closely to ensure you understand your responsibilities while renting the property.
