Safe secure and clean

This place USED to be super fun to go to, but since these new managers everything has gotten HORRIBLE. The stores empty and never open, restaurant is closed, no arcade, pools been closed half the year. They also like to kick out people for no reason. Definitely not going here again!!!!

My husband and I had a great time here! We went early in the season, so there were not many people there. We met the new owners/managers and they were very friendly. David was attentive and very helpful! We stayed in the Oak Section at 317. The sites are pretty close together, which is why I gave a 4. We didn’t have neighbors, but I can imagine on a busy weekend, it might get crowded. The Utilities at this site were in an awkward spot, compared to where we wanted the camper.

We had booked a site on Feb 4th and two weeks later I received word that I would be required to work part of the scheduled vacation. I went online to move the reservation to the following week. I reached out multiple times over a two week period, left messages and emailed and did not receive any return call or email. Due to our dogs we require particular sites so we are off the beaten path. When I attempted to reschedule the sites were both available for the following week but because the company did not return my call the sites were then booked by other customers. I then had to cancel my site…

Wish this was still exeter elms!!! Been going to exeter elms sence i was a kid im now 35!! Last visted here a few years back and honestly it just wasnt the same!!
