Very peaceful, quiet. Wifi didnt work the best but that's ok, we played board games. Nice 1 acre sites.

While the owner did inform us about Hwy 87 construction and that there were alternate routes, he neglected to mention that these detours were miles on narrow, unpaved roads, including a very bumpy washboard section. We knew we didn't want to be driving our small tow car on those roads on a daily basis, but when we called to let the owner know we weren't staying and asked for a refund, he said he'd have to think about it, then got snarky, saying we wouldn't be driving on them five times a day. When pressed, he told us to call the DOT. Very disappointing
