Everything is very expensive, but nice overall
(Stayed at wilderness on the lake condos!) Isaam at front desk was above and beyond with his service & welcoming! The second shift front desk employees were extremely bad, wouldn’t even talk to us or get up off their chair and stayed on their cellphone even when signalling them asking for assistance! The condo we got was clean & great! The water park in this building is designed for smaller children, the other water parks in the other buildings are more appropriate for older kids and adults! Which they provide a shuttle to take you to and from which is nice. Due to the other two water parks…
Good place. Have been here before which raises the score as this trip was less than ideal. In my history Condos cleanliness can be hit or miss (this time was a miss). Water parks are a lot of fun for the kids. Restrooms in the water parks are sometimes less than desirable. Staff at pool overall was friendly. Update: Wilderness did reach out and advise that they were reviewing with their staff. I appreciated the follow up and strive to improve.
Hello so I went here back in April of 2025 and I was there and I got extremely sick after the water park due to the water. The couch bed was hard and I had back problems for three months tho the room was nice and the ACTUAL beds but the service was good
