I am beyond disappointed with the lack of cooperation from Wilderness Presidential Resort. I have been attempting to exit my timeshare through the proper channels, only to be repeatedly told that "there is no option" to do so. However, my own research indicates otherwise. It is common knowledge among owners that there are pathways for a Deed Back or a referral to their Resale Board to connect with interested buyers.
