I LOVE this park! It's close to home, about 25 miles, and easy to access. I'm not a huge group of people person so I spend most of my time at the lower picnic area. I love nature, and this is a quiet part ofthe park the hand full of times I've been here. The mill is beautiful, but everyone goes there, except sometimes it is not so busy and then I stop by. Myhealth isn't the greatest so I don't walk far. The natural plants that grow here make it worth the short trail walks for me. I love that I can see many ferns and hornworts and things that live here. Google is my friend, and I google a lot o…
Spent time at the grist mill and took a hike to the cave.
This is a great place to take the family for a quick hike that takes you away from the bustle of the city with neat views of cliffs and rock formations.
Lots of trails, very pretty school and millhouse, interesting caves.
