This review has nothing to do with the Host. She was great at communicating and response times and being thorough with how to get there; however, I would not recommend for anyone with a motorhome. My 26ft motorhome did not fit in reserved spot by basketball half court where you have the plug ins. Tree overhangs weren’t groomed to allow easy access in spot and winded up scratching up new rig. Also not their fault but the place was dug up with tire rut and muddy from the previous days rains making leveling my rv impossible. Had to leave through entrance since exit was covered by tree over hang. …

The bell tent is super charming and comfortable! It’s spacious with a comfy bed and it stays nice and warm with the heater on at night. The lighting is magical and warm, and the property is a little oasis in these rocky rolling hills of Practically Mexico, California. Huge trees and a creek! Very special place. The residents here are all very friendly but also respect your space. Definitely staying here again for my next staycation!

A rustic piece of paradise, community curated. There is a beautiful lawn for yoga and relaxing, and creek access for a dip. Hot showers and real toilet available. Also a treat is the full outdoor kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave. We felt welcomed and relaxed.

I stayed in my tent for four nights in the Shady Grove site. Lots of shade and plenty of room for me. My site seemed to be the best site in the immediate vicinity. I had a pleasant experience. My main complaint is about having to drive on route 94 to get to the campsite and to get to San Diego. It seemed to me that many people drive too fast on that road.

I loved camping in this area. We brought our puppy along and everyone was very welcoming and inviting in the house. Will definitely recommend and will be back when possible.
