So nice peaceful place
This is an hour's drive North of Dover NH along the route Rochester and Farmington. Reaching late can mean parking a problem, especially during the weekend. The lake is surrounded by Oak forests. This is a camping site. The water is crystal clear and public can engage in water games and canoeing, kayaking etc. Though they call it a lake, the shores are sandy and the public usable part is really beach-like embedded with birch trees, hence a shadowy place.
