This waterfront studio is located on Maryland's Eastern Shore, and can provide two guests with a romantic getaway, although there is a space for a third guest. The bedroom area is furnished with a queen-size bed flanked by nightstands with bedside lamps and a large room divider. In the bathroom, guests will find double sinks, a separate makeup vanity, a toilet, and a combination bathtub/shower. Linens, fluffy towels, and starter toiletries are provided, including scented Epsom salts. In the living area, guests will find a full-size futon, a wooden rocking chair, a pair of side tables, a storage Ottoman, and a walk-in closet that is stocked with water floats, outdoor towels, extra linens, and other supplies. There is also a wall-mounted television can be viewed from either the bed or the futon. On the other side of the room divider, the dining area contains a dining table that can seat three guests and a breakfast bar with a pair of chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a stainless steel sink, and cabinets stocked with all of the supplies guests need for cooking, cleaning, and dining. Other amenities include a collection of DVDs, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a private entrance, and eight windows, providing a variety of scenic views from all four sides of the accommodation. Outside, guests will find a private deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the Chesapeake Bay, a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening bottle of wine. On colder or rainy days, there is a screened porch. A charcoal barbecue grill is available to light up for summer cook-outs in the garden. Guests can use the private dock for their boats, or simply for sitting on and dipping their toes in the water. Guests will also find a garden, in which guests can play bocce ball and horseshoes, fly kites, or simply watch the bay as boats float by and birds fly overhead. Inside the rental, guests will enjoy amenities such as central air conditioning, a full kitchen, a dining table, a coffee/tea bar, a full bathroom, a lounge area, a futon, and a queen bed. Outside, guests will find a private deck with Adirondack chairs, a screened in porch, a charcoal barbecue grill, and a private dock. The hosts also have plenty of parking for a boat trailer and car. A full kitchen and amenities, a large bathroom, floats for lazing in the bay, a bonfire pit, a BBQ grill, and small crab pots to use at the dock are all provided for guests. As the hosts strive to be a "get away from it all" location, they do not provide Wi-Fi or cable TV. They do have a TV (local channels) with a DVD player and an old-school VCR with an extensive eclectic collection to choose from. The rental also has some books, binoculars, and birding guides for guests to use during their stay. The hosts provide floats for guests to use in the bay, outdoor games, camp chairs to bring out to the bonfire pit and watch the sunset, and a screened in front porch for guests' outdoor dining pleasure or to watch the sunrise and see the watermen coming in with their catch. The screened in porch has plenty of seating and also a napping lounge to read a book or simply relax with a coffee, a glass of wine, or a favorite snack.
