This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. home has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 15. It is a beautiful open concept home with a porch and deck overlooking Hamilton Creek. It is the perfect spot for a large family, or multi-families, to congregate. The porch even has a hanging twin bed that’s super comfy and has been coined by a guest as “the flying bed.” Downstairs is a master suite with a queen size bed, Jacuzzi tub and shower. The Library downstairs contains a futon that folds down into a double bed. Upstairs boasts four uniquely decorated bedrooms, a full bathroom and a door allowing the whole upstairs to be closed off. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed each, the third room offers a double bed and a twin futon, while the final room has a bunk with two twins, a twin cast iron daybed and a twin trundle. The open living/dining area is separated only by a free standing, river rock fireplace made out of rocks taken from the creek on property. The dining area features a table that can seat up to 14 people while the living area has a flat screen TV with Dish service. The Library has tons of books and a TV that can be used with the provided DVD/VHS player and movies. The house also features a large, modern kitchen complete with granite countertops. It has everything you need to cook and dine in style. The gas stove/oven has 4 burners plus a griddle for cooking. The kitchen comes equipped with a full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dish washer. All rentals are equipped with outdoor seating, a table, fire pit and charcoal grill. Guests will also be provided with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, all linens, hand soap, dish soap and toilet paper. There is a tree house on property with a smaller rock climbing wall and play area for the kids. Guests are free to use the provided canoes, explore the 6 acre property and swim and fish in the creek. Locally there are many lakes, state parks, wineries, eateries, shops and more to explore. Pets are welcome, but the pet fee must be paid. We do ask that pets be kenneled while indoors to ensure they aren’t on the furniture. They are free anywhere outside on a leash. If pets are not kenneled and have been on furniture, a $100 cleaning fee can be assessed.
