Walnut Woods is a quiet, out of the way park. Good for camping. Plenty of spots for trailers, not too far from Jordan Creek, yet very serene. They have a bird watching hut and a few trails. Playground for the kids. Not too many frills. Took Archie there, he enjoyed the quick hike. Saw a raccoon.
It's nothing like it should be , It should have camp sites rite next to the river and it doesn't it has them all crunched up next to each other after driving through and seeing the way it's set up I wouldn't take a tent there
Nice running or walk trails! Decent place.. quiet… can hear birds singing lol 😂 enjoy it! ✌️
Beautiful gorgeous will definitely stay again. Peaceful and great walking through the forest on the trail.
