Very nice resort. Excellent amenities. Staff is too notch and very helpful. Sites are gravel but pull through locations are very large and can accommodate pretty much anything. Mostly all pull through sites the same size but the more expensive ones are closer to clubhouse/pool etc Not much in the way of trees in the main large open area (partially because it is pretty new still but spaces are nicely done. Lower area has a pond. Highway noise is there but not bad at all considering proximity. We would stay here again for sure. Note: Gave stayed here several times 🙂
Nice amenities and a helpful staff. However, beware of the “long term stay” sites. We were put next to a semi-permanent resident and his wife and we were kept awake by their screaming at each other until 2 am. Another resident approached me and said it is a regular occurrence. Between the neighbor’s drama and the interstate noise- it made for a very restless night. To their credit, management told me they would address the problem and refunded me the night’s stay.
We have been enjoying Verde Ranch RV Resort since they opened. We love coming here from Mesa, AZ with our travel trailer for short getaways! Great places to tour and eat at in Camp Verde, Cottonwood and Sedona! Highlights are the hot tub, pool, views and large RV spots! Very clean resort, maintained well and friendly staff. The park is quiet and relaxing!
I really enjoyed the property itself, the interior is beautiful and well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were a highlight and very relaxing. I also appreciated the convenient contactless check-in process, which was perfect since I arrived late. However, the "house rules" regarding cleaning were a bit much. I only noticed the requirement to wash all dishes and take out the trash late at night before my departure. I had just returned from a long day at the Grand Canyon and was exhausted, so having to clean urgently at night before an early flight was quite stressful. I even ended up accidentall…
