DO NOT RECOMMEND booking any property managed by Vacasa. We were supposed to stay in a unit managed by them in July, but upon arriving at the unit, we immediately noticed how dirty it was. When you open the front door, you have to walk up a flight of stairs because the unit starts on the second floor. We didn’t even need to walk up the stairs to see how dirty it was. There was grass all over the steps. We hoped that was a fluke and everything else would be fine, but sadly that was not the case. The entire unit was dirty. As a property owner attempting to use Vacasa’s management services, my experience was extremely disappointing. After months of delays, poor communication, and substandard service, my listing was never completed. I declined to move forward and was assured the account would be closed and fees waived. Over four years later now I received a collections notice. Their level of disorganization and lack of follow-through can create long term issues for property owners, as I’m experiencing now. Please do yourself a favor and avoid Vacasa at all cost. They are HORRIBLE at customer satisfaction. ABSOLUTELY the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.

Great house in old lake o! The house is amazing, and is just a quick walk to dt lake o. Loved everything about the place; such a good vibe for a vacation.

Vacasa Oregon’s customer service was very disappointing. The team seemed to struggle with understanding the situation and working through it collaboratively with the customer. Instead of helping resolve the issue, communication felt disconnected and unproductive, which made what should have been a simple situation unnecessarily frustrating. Vacasa could greatly improve by focusing on listening to customers and working through problems with them rather than around them.
