This unique rental is located in Western Massachusetts and can accommodate up to 10 guests. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and spacious closets. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a queen-size futon bed, and a baby crib. The third bedroom has a NEW 'Tomorrow Sleep' queen-size bed, and there is a double bed in the upstairs hallway. In both bathrooms, guests will find a toilet, a sink, a large mirror, and a shower, and in the upstairs bathroom, there is also a bathtub. Linens and towels are provided. In the living room, guests will find a large, comfortable 16 foot sectional sofa, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Amazon On Demand, and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a Ninja air fryer/toaster oven, a stainless steel dishwasher, a stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, a BUNN coffeemaker, and an eat-in kitchen table. Other amenities include Gigabit WiFi, a washer and dryer, fans, and a wood-burning fireplace, with firewood provided. There is also an electric keyboard, guitars, a harpsichord, and a selection of books. Outside, there is a screened-in gazebo, a propane barbecue, a smoker barbeque, a charcoal barbecue, and a spacious organic yard, with fresh vegetables in the summer. Hallockville Pond is just behind the house, along with 10,000 acres of marked trails in the surrounding Hawley State Forest. The host also provides fishing rods, a double kayak, two single kayaks, and a stand-up paddleboard. This Western Massachusetts vacation rental house features modern and luxurious amenities, such as wood floors, a fireplace and firewood, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, fans, a radio, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Amazon On Demand, and a DVD player. An iron, a hair dryer, board games, an infant crib, and wooden blocks, and assorted toys are all provided. Outside, there is a propane grill, a smoker barbecue, and a charcoal grill.
