Probably the best in NH. Clean the relatively new shower houses, bathrooms, power on each site if you want to rough it. Remote sites accessible by boat. Quiet friendly people. Nice camp store firewood everything you need right there and if you want to venture out plenty of places locally to get fresh corn in season and other awesome places to explore
Facilities were well taken care of and the park was absolutely beautiful! Only a small portion of the park is accessible on foot, so this park is best for people who want to canoe, sail, kayak, etc.
One of the most well maintained campgrounds I’ve ever been to. Sites offer electric and water with spectacular views. You can opt for a rustic campsite that’s only accessible by boat. Sites offer enough space for more than one tent, which makes it great for couples looking to camp together. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Firewood can only be purchased from the camp store, but staff will deliver it to your campsite.
