Nice place to stay outside of Gatlinburg

We stayed here with our family for three nights. The staff was really friendly , as was Dolly (the dog)! They were very helpful in answering any questions we had. It was the perfect location to go to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Will come back & stay again!

Great place to stay very quiet, very friendly people that run it and the camp dog Dolly is great too. The camp sites are blacktopped w/ a concrete patio and full hookups. Has WiFi and cable too! The restrooms / shower house are VERY clean, cleaned daily too! The road in the campground is all blacktop too! Definitely recommend this camp ground! Will be going back there as well!

This campground is family owned and very well cared for. The owner and all the staff are so friendly! It’s the closest campground to downtown Gatlinburg with a sidewalk all the way into town and a trolley stop at the entrance. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a very good experience and hope to return someday.

We stayed a couple nights at the start of their season. It was very well kept and they certainly take pride in making every site very nice. Bathroom and showers were very clean. Each site has a paved pad with attached cement patio, full water, sewer, cable hook ups, a clean picnic table and long sitting bench and a fire pit. It’s a great location being the closed to downtown Gatlinburg and easy to walk 1.8 miles to town for the ones who don’t mind the walk or you can take a trolley to and fro about anywhere around. The people are extremely friendly and take pride in making you feel comfortable…
