Tucson KOA Resort

Shaded spots by an overhang was nice to have in the heat. However, pool was filthy as well as the surrounding shaded area and lounge chairs. When they did turn on the filters to the pool, brown gunk came out. The water smelled musty. I assumed it was a salt pool but was told it was chlorinated. Could not have had chlorine in it. I Have a pool myself at home and checked the filter baskets which were full of leaves and debris. When asked why the pool was in such poor shape they stated the pool maintenance man was off for the week. Victoria, registration desk, was not very welcoming and quite dry…

Too many rules and rigid open and close times for pool Etc. If you pay that much you should be able to use the pool whenever you want.

Great RV resort with a decent restaurant on site. Staff is friendly and helpful and does all they can to ensure a good stay. Had to extend a day or two several times while waiting for RV parts and it was no problem whatsoever. Actually received a call they say we left to make sure we weren't extending longer. Will definitely stay here again.
