Treetop Village

Positives: The lake view was nice and the customer service was pretty good. The location is nice and you have access to the four seasons gym and pool. It was very cold outside and the heat worked well. Negatives: The pull out couch bed was dirty and had badly stained sheets. The code we were given for the door didn't work but eventually got resolved. In our treehouse the furnishings were very old and outdated. If your used to a dark room for sleeping bring a sleep mask. The blinds keep very little light out.

My first time being to the lake and I did not have the best experience, upon checking in we had no WiFi and the living room tv didn’t work at all. We checked in late at night so it wasn’t really a big deal. Next day WiFi and tv still not working. They kept telling us to reset this and reset that after we have done so several times! Very frustrating so nothing was still working! They came out hours later and switched the tv out and didn’t fix the internet. They stated they would send maintenance out asap which they didn’t show up until 2 hours later once he left the internet was still not work…

Nice place but there tote runner is a creep, he made my fiance very uncomfortable, we won't ever come there again
