I lived in Treehouse for 3 months. Units are subpar. Buildings are built cheaply and sound travels too well. People walking or vacuuming around you is very loud, you can almost hear conversations in hallways and other units. Amenities like hot tub and laundry room and dirty and frequented by groups of young college kids. Most people here are vacationers, and act accordingly. HOA came into my unit unannounced twice during my stay, letting themselves in when I was in the shower. My specific unit had stained smelly furniture, unwashed sheets, and uncleaned spills on carpet/flooring, yet charged $…
