Located about 17 miles south of Traverse City. Nice park, well maintained friendly, helpful staff. No discounts available.

We can't speak highly enough about our stay here. The grounds are impeccable and although we didn't have children or dogs along the playground areas and private fenced dog enclosure was par excellence. Then we ran into an emergency situation late Saturday where our powered awning came apart at one end. I'm handicapped and my wife just had her shoulder replaced. I called the after hours number to see if they had an 8 ft step ladder since we couldn't retract the awning. Within 5 minutes Dewey and Dawn showed up and 20 minutes later it's fixed and retracted. Large, clean spaces for campers with very pleasant amenities. Many cabins available for those without a tent or camper. Grills and outdoor furniture included. Large outdoor chess set daily "train rides" for the young and young at heart, sitting area in a wooded garden of sorts, a dog park, a pool, and a lively camp store all await. Convenient location just off highway 37 with nearby access to many interesting locations in north western Michigan.
