This newly-remodeled cottage rental welcomes glampers to Lake George and is located in Ticonderoga, New York. The cottage can accommodate eight guests. There are four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a private balcony. There is a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and dressers in the beautifully decorated room. The decor of the room is sand dollars, keeping with the coastal theme and color scheme of white linen and accent color of aqua. The second bedroom is a guest room located on the first floor, across the hall from the master bedroom. The queen-size bed is wrapped in white linen with coral throw pillows and a large coral painted starfish on the wall. The headboard is driftwood. Guests will have a flatscreen TV. A bathroom joins the first-floor master bedroom and guest bedroom. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, two pedestal sinks, and a combination shower and bathtub. Linens and towels are provided. On the lower level, there are two guest bedrooms, the third and fourth bedroom in the cottage. The third bedroom in this has two twin beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a bunk bed, four guests can sleep in this bedroom. The fourth room is perfect for kids. On the first floor, there is a formal living room, kitchen, dining room, and screened in balcony. In the living room, guests will find a cream sofa with aqua and coastal themed accent pillows, a television, a floor to ceiling rock fireplace, and two aqua air chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinets, a bar, and marble counters. It comes with a stove, a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. The dining table seats ten people. From the living room and dining area, there are two sliders leading out to the screened-in balcony. On the lower level, besides the two guest rooms, there is a family room, kitchenette, full bathroom and a laundry/mudroom/office. The family room has a large soft gray L couch with a flatscreen TV on a floor to ceiling brick fireplace. Other amenities include Wi-Fi. Kids will enjoy a new treehouse and stream bridge, both built in 2017. A summer house is located down by the lake. This peaceful small room is painted aqua with a love seat and two chairs. Perfect for relaxing, a yoga session or reading a book. Outside, there is an 1,000-square-foot deck with aqua adirondack chairs, yellow bar stools, and aqua lounge chairs. On the deck is a barbecue and a fire pit. A well-manicured large yard leads from the cottage down to the beach and dock. This newly remodeled cottage provides everything the modern family wants. A screened-in balcony allows guests to enjoy the views of Lake George year-round while not worrying about mosquitoes. There is a 1,000-square-foot deck with plenty of seating and dining, and a fire pit and barbecue are provided. For the kids, a treehouse and stream bridge were implemented in 2017. A summer house is located down by the water for all guests to enjoy. There is also a dock located at the water's edge to tie up a boat, in addition to a swim dock a little way out on the water for tanning and relaxing. Not wanting to swim out to the dock to relax, a hammock provides the same relaxation in the backyard.
