Enjoy stunning views of the creek and the tranquil sound of the creek from your rocking chairs, on the screened porch. This is a new, built in 2024 small home. We supply you with two bottles of water and you would bring additional water (half gallon to one gallon per day) - We supply a camping shower, good for two short showers in warm weather only - We also have sanitary wipes to freshen up year around - Lighting: both battery & solar powered lighting for indoor and outdoor lighting & phone charging - Solar power with generator backup supplies electricity for microwave, Keurig & ceiling fan - Outdoor gas grill for cooking. - We supply a large cooler for your food, you bring the ice - For air circulation, you have six screen windows and a screened front porch door, ceiling fan - Easy access to Tiny Home, 70 feet from parking lot, hauling cart provided - We supply most everything you need and a list of items you need to bring.
