Relaxing Tiny Home On Creek w/Wifi Enjoy this romantic, wooded setting on the creek. This Tiny Home is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the heart of nature. Enjoy stunning views of the creek and the tranquil sound of the creek from your rocking chairs, on the screened porch. This is a new, built in 2024 small home. We just added Wifi so text, calling and email work great (100MB) HIGHLIGHTS: • One-room home with all essentials: o Queen bed and pull out, single couch (sleeps 3) o On the creek with Wifi o Ceiling fan and screened windows to keep you cool o Kitchenette and dining table o Screened front porch, rocking chairs and small table with creek view o Solar/generator powered with microwave, Keurig, ceiling fan and lights o Firepit o Private access port-a-toilet bathroom from side porch o Camping shower private area (warm season), sanitary wipes year around o Cozy warm gas heater o 7 minute drive in off Highway 421 Glamping site with 3 site choices, 150 feet apart, invite friends: o Geodome: o A-Frame Tiny Cabin o Full size, 2 bedroom cabin home on separate area of property General Information/Details • Common use Pavilion, cornhole set & creek wading • State trout stream for fishing enthusiasts • Conveniently located: - 22 minutes to Boone - 18 minutes to Wilkesboro - 20 minutes to West Jefferson General Information: - Canoeing, hiking, fishing, skiing, boating, rafting, wineries....all close by - The is an upscale camping/glamping, off grid experience which is 30 minutes from Appalachian Ski Resort - Private port-a-toilet bathroom cleaned each week - There is no running water. We supply you with two bottles of water and you would bring additional water (half gallon to one gallon per day) - We supply a camping shower, good for two short showers in warm weather only - We also have sanitary wipes to freshen up year around - Lighting: both battery & solar powered lighting for indoor and outdoor lighting & phone charging - Solar power with generator backup supplies electricity for microwave, Keurig & ceiling fan - Outdoor gas grill for cooking. - We supply a large cooler for your food, you bring the ice - For air circulation, you have six screen windows and a screened front porch door, ceiling fan - Easy access to Tiny Home, 70 feet from parking lot, hauling cart provided - We supply most everything you need and a list of items you need to bring. Amenities details: - Comfortable Queen bed w/linens, towels - Pull out twin couch bed - Lighting: LED outdoor string lighting over deck, light in bathroom, motion light over front door and several indoor lights - 6×12 screened porch with for incredible views of creek - Keurig Coffee maker - Propane heater (winter season) - Rocking chairs for porch - Fire Pit with two chairs - We have 2 active, security cameras; one in the parking lot and one on the trail coming into the glamping area. - Paper plates, plastic utensils, napkins, plastic cups, coffee cups supplied - Semi-private area, next site is over 150′ away through dense woods - Cell reception: use wifi calling - Smoke and Carbon Monoxide alert, first aid kit - Wall mirror, clothes hanger All guests have access to: - Parking lot - Pavilion & cornhole area - Fishing at their site and from parking lot downstream (trout are released at parking lot) After booking, we send you cell numbers for Ricky, our local cleaning manager of two years, and your host Paul cell number. We have 2 other glamping sites available to rent.
