Towering Pine Retreat

Truly Magical! Like such a glorious getaway. The garden is so beautifully curated, with so many options of places to get cozy, sit, relax. lie in a hammock. I woke up, unzipped the canvas tent, and just started at the giant breathtaking trees while listening to the gentle fountain. Patricia was so lovely and friendly as well. I will DEFINITELY be back.

This place is magical and we had such a blast staying at Patricia’s. The gazebo is very cosy and placed under beautiful trees. The private patio is perfect to enjoy the view on the garden, which is absolutely gorgeous. There’s many places to relax and Patricia is a wonderful host. It is also very close to everything but perfectly quiet. I can’t wait to come back!!

Patricia made the Chalet a comfortable and cozy stay. Very quiet and relaxing property, even with a full house there's plenty of space. Beautiful spot and walkable to Downtown Nevada City.

Patricia’s gazebo/garden space is incredibly unique and beautiful! We didn’t know what to expect-reluctant even-but to our surprise, the space and our experience was amazing! I feel like the low resolution photos on the app doesn’t do it any justice. There’s a sense of serenity and peace that you can feel immediately. Patricia was very communicative, generous, and gracious. Having coffee available in the morning was a huge bonus! And showering under the stars with warm water contrasting the chilled crisp air felt incredibly relaxing. I wasn’t thrilled about the idea of using the porta potty be…

The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. I'd highly recommend. Only down side I faced was there was no sink and if I only want to brush or wash some dishes I had to go in the shower and do it. It was just a little inconvenient. Other than that, very very cute!
