What a great campground!!!! Old Florida for sure. Very quiet and very nice private campsites. Lots of exploring and trails to enjoy nature. The club house also has activities A must before you leave is to go to the outpost and get yourself some taffy and the most amazing and incredible peanut brittle. The staff is welcoming and a little cool history inside. Nice shop and has firewood and gas and pretty much whatever you need. We have already planned a trip back in late fall early winter.
Beautiful area. Well kept campground. Clean functioning restrooms. Sites are 99% level. Sites can be either shaded or full sun.
The campgrounds are beautiful and well taken care of. Each rv or tent siite is easily accessible with some being a pull through for the larger RV's. We chose an RV site with power and water, and it had plenty of shade. There are trees and bushes. Etween the sites so you don'tfeel like you are in a parking lot like some RV campgrounds. There are three huge bathrooms with showers. Each shower has a shower area and a dressing area in each stall. They are clean and well taken care of.
