Cheapest around in cost quality has improved
Living at TN-40 is like a full time vacation. We were lucky enough to get a tree line space which has a lot of shade and privacy. Kim and Melanie are always available when needed. They offer on site storage for your extra vehicle/boat/rv for when you want fun time away from the park. Thanks to TN-40 I have meet my bestie and I'm living the dream.
My husband and I have lived here for 4 years and love this place. The location is perfect. You have everything you need close by. There's a game room with a pool table and Air hockey table. The pool and pavilion area is beautiful and a fun hangout. There's also a playground and beach volleyball court They always celebrate holidays with a community get together. This campground makes sure kids feel special too. Kim and Melanie are wonderful. TN40 is great for long term or a short stay.
