Although we just drove through this campsite, it’s extremely beautiful!
Pros: The location is right on the beach and easily accessible from the highway. Cons: Basically everything else. About half of the campgrounds are right next to the highway, and they pack you in like sardines. The campground itself, although on Siuslaw National Forest property, is run by a third party corporation. Don't expect friendly, helpful rangers, only surly staff on golf carts. They're happy to charge over $40 for a campsite but apparently still can't afford to put soap in the bathrooms. Your money is better spent at one of the nearby Oregon State Parks rather than this sad excuse of …
((Camper beware))NO SOAP IN BATHROOMS. IS more EXPENSIVE than Oregon state parks. Zero Amenities. Manager (Kelly) is rude, unprofessional and extremely underqualified. This place is more expensive than Oregon state parks. Place is always full of trash and un kept!! All around AMERICAN LAND & LEISURE is a despicable company. They do not deserve this gov contract!!
This place is so peaceful, the hosts are so kind and helpful! ( thank you guys for helping me set up my tarp thing ) Spot #46 was where i chose to get an ocean view from my car, bathrooms are super clean and flushable 🧼❤️, easy beach access 39$/a night I plan to be back, this campground was exactly what I needed!!
