We stayed here as a family of 4 this past October. The building was nice and the staff friendly upon arrival. However, on our last night we got a knock on our door late at night after 10pm. It was a building maintenance guy saying there was a leak in the ceiling below the unit we were staying in. He asked me if I noticed anything and I said no. I saw no evidence of water anywhere and I told him everything looked normal in our unit. He said ok and thanks for your help. A week later we got notice from air bnb that they were charging us for damages claiming that our kids got water on the bathroom…
