Take in picturesque views of surrounding farmland and vineyards as the sun sets, or spend your days exploring the area. Stroll through historic downtown Isleton and discover charming local spots like Manny’s Barzzeria, Mc Broodery’s, Pineapples, and Peter’s Steak House. Don’t miss DeJack’s country store—it truly has a bit of everything. Enjoy fishing at nearby public docks, kayaking through the Delta waterways, or head to Sherman Island for world-class wind and kite surfing. With year-round festivals and a small-town population of just around 800, Isleton offers a genuine escape from city life—and The Meadows puts you right at the center of it all.

We had a great time staying at The Meadows. Since we were the only guests, we didn’t stay in site 1 and opted for a site (no #) overlooking a vineyard. Great place, peaceful yet very close to town.

It's perfectly set in the fields. Close to downtown, but not too close. The fields are secluded and it feels like we are all alone.

Overall we had a nice stay. The problem is foxtails. If you have dogs I suggest contacting the host first to see if they are still a problem.

This was our 2nd trip to the Meadows. Very rustic. it is quiet and very relaxing. Close to town so walking is very doable. we had a good dinner at Peters Steak House, it was good, not excellent. However the waitress was a lot of fun and we enjoyed our experience. Juat know when camping at the meadows, the only amentie is the outhouswe.
