The Lodges at Sunset Village

Pros: great location, close to the lake, clean rooms, nice size kitchen, hot tub on patio, in room fireplace, comfortable beds, quiet, and good view of the lake. Downside: No restaurants or room service, no extra blankets, no phone. If you need something at night (toiletries, blanket, pillow etc ) there’s no front desk to call. If you have an emergency you can drive to a specified cabin, find a box on the side of the house and ring the bell.

The cabins are amazing, clean, and the staff is awesome and friendly!!! We were so happy with our experience and highly recommend. Great for families and pet friendly. Also great for an anniversary or couples getaway. Thank you again, we will be back!🥰

We spent one night here in the off season on a road trip. It was a wonderful stay and exactly what we expected. Enjoyed being able to hang out in the hot tub and then sit inside by the fire. The views of the mountain and lake from our hot tub were great! Would stay again!

Excellent family place to stay! Private log cabins with fireplace and hot tub (too cold to use), but the fireplace was cozy and used consistently. The cabins are clean and very spacious - with a kitchenette! It snowed the entire time we were there and the Lodges made sure snow removal trucks passed by constantly. Impressed!! Wisp Resort is less than 10 minutes away for skiing and snow tubing. Kids loved that! We brought our little dog! Bring food, paper towels, snacks, drink, and water (not a lot of options in town). The entire family had a great and memorable New Year’s trip. Will return!
