Very nice RV and Tent campsite. Close to a well traveled road, so you will hear constant noise through the day. It does get quiet at night. The facilities are quite nice, and there's lots of paths and recreation options for the family onsite. This RV park has sites for every caravan type. They even have small cottages for those looking for a nice getaway. Overall you'll have a blast and it's located fairly close to Swansboro and New Bern NC if you need some place to wander. The Croatan National Forest is also close with lots of trails and beautiful scenery. Stop by stay a few nights and just u…
Nice RV park. Clean, nice appointments, safe, pet friendly. Will be back in fall if fuel prices hold
We had a wonderful stay at The Lakes. The facilities (grounds, bathhouse and pool) were kept exceptionally clean. The site we had was partially shaded and adequate in size. Overall, it was a perfect, relaxing weekend spent kayaking, walking, lounging by the pool and resting! Looking forward to future trips to The Lakes.
