The Healing Dome

Camping well glamping at Jami’s spot was truly a once in a lifetime experience. Between their property, the space they created for their guests and their hospitality we could not have asked for a more star filled weekend. Jami went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possible need and that the space really was ideal for healing, resting, and recouping. Anyone would be lucky for the opportunity to stay at this magical oasis.

This is a beautiful spot close to the divine McCloud lake, waterfall hikes, etc. and 15 minutes away from the town of Mt Shasta. The outdoor shower was a treat, as was the dome itself. They put a lot of nice touches into the setup. There is electricity and a heater for when the temp drops at night. The hosts were very gracious. Would stay here again:-)

Exactly as described and more! The dome, surroundings (birds, gentle creek, nature) and Jami's attention to detail are worth every single penny. We will be back! The dome itself is very well maintained and spacious - it comes with electric outlets, gorgeous lighting and a coffee/tea bar. One side of the dome is clear so you can literally hang out on the hammock (yep there's a hammock too) and look out the window with your morning beverage -- complete bliss, thank you for creating this 🙏🏼

The name is right, that’s what we left feeling like - Healed. The host: Jami was so kind & easy to communicate with. She let me know the nights had been cold and made sure I was going to be warm enough. The amenities She provided an *electric* blanket (wow right?) coffee + tea, French press, Electric kettle, hammock, towels for the outdoor shower, fantastic bath products, & even chocolate on the pillow. The bed was super comfortable and made it hard to leave in the morning. There were outlet plugs available if you needed a charge & a mini fridge. I didn’t feel like I was lacking anything …

What a magical stay. We would love to return to this special space. Everything about it was lovely. Great communication, very thoughtful attention to detail, super comfortable bed, serene setting. It is one of my favorite places and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

The Healing Place was probably the best Hipcamp or Airbnb I have ever stayed in! I’d never been in a dome before and it had a really cool feel with one side of it clear to see outdoors. The location was set away from the house so it felt private, and was right next to a sweet little creek. The interior was incredibly well appointed and thoughtful. It had everything needed and it was good quality too.
