Horse boarding available onsite for additional fee. 25-40 mins to Washington DC, Baltimore, and Frederick. Pool/Hot Tub Area is available to guests during their stay. Pool/Hot Tub is typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day depending on weather. No lifeguard on duty. Additional fees are required for pool and hot tub access during your stay. Guest must make arrangements with host prior to checkin to confirm availability, fees and reserve pool and/or hot tub for your stay. Quiet relaxing neighborhood with beautiful sunsets. Easy access to Washington DC, Potomac River, Seneca Creek State Park, C & O Trail, and Maryland SportsPlex. 10 Mins from Shady Grove Metro Station (Red Line) or Germantown/Boyds MARC station via Uber, Lyft, and Taxi. All 3 major area airports within an hour Washington Dulles IAD, Washington National Reagan DCA, Baltimore BWI Farm Tours, horse boarding (field/stall), farm fresh eggs, fresh cut bouquets, and other experiences/merchandise are available for additional fees. All adult guests will be required to sign Short Term Rental Agreement and Farmstay Waiver prior to stay. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on property for any reason that have not signed Farm Stay Waiver. For best results please reach out to host 24-48 hours prior to stay to finalize which farm stay experiences/merchandise you would like to have available during your stay. Pool/Hot Tub access is fee is charged for full length of stay only. Pool/Hot Tub daily fee is discounted based on length of stay up to a maximum of 50% off daily fee.
