We were very happy with our choice of lodging during our brief stay in New Braunfels. We were there to attend a family reunion in San Antonio but opted for a small town laid back atmosphere for rest periods & this was it! Clean! Cute! Didn't break the bank! We WILL be back!!
We stayed at your place more than a couple of times and I have to say…it’s not the same anymore. Checking in was okay…not entirely welcoming…felt like I was at the checkout at Target. Our site (15A) had a pile of rocks covering the sewer…no threading, no lid… Internet…cmon…basic v premium? That really pissed us off…especially with zero mention by the office nor anywhere when making reservations. The dog parks had waste strewn about…especially the one up by the road. They were just not maintained well…the waste bins were overflowing, illustrating that no one was putting eyes on them. The roads…
It has a very nice outdoor pool, but the campground hasn't been kept up. Most of the sites are rock and not level. We were here 2 years ago and then it looked like they were updating some sites, but it looks the same today. It really looks like whoever owns it, is just draining the money from it. So sad.
