Bed Bugs. I stayed 2 nights (Friday, Saturday) with my family in lodge 206. We all woke up with bed bug bites. I informed the manger at the ranger station and showed her the bites and she told me “I don’t see anything, I’ll have maintenance check out the lodge.” We are now starting the process of a lawsuit.
My brother is a seasonal RV renter here and hosted his daughter's birthday at the pavilion. There's a great location and good spot for kids. They love the playground in the bounce house. Can't wait for the pool to open up with the water slides over the summer to visit!
This would be a great experience if you had it seasonal camper, but the tempting area is in a field with no shade, making the 10 far too uncomfortable to enjoy.
We stayed with our travel trailer for 2 nights mostly to mostly take advantage of the water zone which my kids loved. The campground is well maintained, peaceful, and well taken care of.
