Sun Outdoors North Moab

The sights are close together. We could hear our neighbors talking, walking around and heater or compressor

Location is awesome. The RVs are very closed to each other. The main office does not have a lot of food options supplies but does have a microwave and coffee machine for all to use. The pool is rather small but children seem to love it. The hot tub is very popular... Too popular we never get to use it.

We arrived for a 3-day stay. But stayed over 2 weeks. Yes it was mostly for the 4-wheeling but the proximity and the park amenities were a great bonus. Yes the large rv sites are tight. But amenities made up for that along with the park working with customers with ohv vehicles. We will definitely book this park again.

The campground is just a car park where they crowd in as many as possible. The staff is friendly except for one who worked the front counter. Caterpillar have infested about half the campground so don't go in April. The pool and washrooms are now too small to manage the crowd of campers they have crammed into the location. Sun Outdoors have bought almost all Moab camping in town. They do not show much care for an experience but rather corporate profit from big camping... Too bad. This once was a nice locally owned campground. Not anymore. We won't be back.
