Unobstructed 360* views, complete privacy, acres of land to roam and full RV hookups. There is a studio apartment and two RV locations, each with 50amp and 30amp; 120V outlets and septic connections. A covered area with picnic tables and a sitting area with Adirondack chairs. 28 acre property surrounded by BLM land. Hiking abounds. Multiple sitting areas for meditation or enjoying the spectacular view. No close neighbors. Complete privacy, peace and quiet. No Smoking. No Parties. Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature at our private mountain top retreat.

This RV site was amazing. It had everything we needed and was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and quiet, and just a short trip into town. Kernville and the surrounding areas are amazing. We had no issues getting there and hooking up a 32 foot RV. Our hosts were so nice and accommodating. They gave us amazing recommendations on where to spend the day at the river and which places to eat/drink at. I have nothing negative at all to say about this trip, the RV site, the hosts, etc. If you are questioning whether you should come here and rent this site, JUST DO IT! We will definitely be …
Beautiful location with great amenities, the flat has an amazing view and was really clean and tidy. JD was really friendly and at check in and offered up some recommendations for the area. All in all a great stay.
Had a great time and space was very clean. Big bathroom that was not pictured that was super clean. The unit is attached to the main house but still felt private as you are under the main house. AC worked very well and very happy with first experience. Great communication. Thanks all!
My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at split mountain. Full RV hookups, a beautiful shaded area with Punic tables, Adirondack chairs, and fairy lights. Not to mention the gorgeous view of Lake Isabella when you wake up in the morning or during sunset. JD, the on site host was very friendly, informative and welcoming. He provided great recommendations and was very responsive when we had questions. He met us upon arrival despite having a later arrival time. I would highly recommend this Hipcamp!
The campsite was very quiet with stunning views all the way around. Hookups all worked perfectly and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. One of our favorite HipCamp sites we’ve used so far!!
The place was phenomenal! The view was amazing. The host was super accommodating and very friendly. The grounds were spotless and the RV connection were well maintained looked brand new. Only minutes from Kernville. Will definitely return. Thank you again!
