Been over a week since I posted this and still no answers for there wrong doings 10 out 10 a scam and a poor excuse for what is supposed to be a family rv park Terrible customer service seems like they have a telemarketer setup going on for all bookings and can never get the same person twice booked the place paid my half for deposit cancelled it before showing up and they still charged me for the whole month and I’m on day 3 of trying to get this problem resolved and nobody seems to know or care how to fix it a complete scam at this point

Buyer beware. There are multiple red flags with this campground, and after our experience, I truly don’t understand how they are still operating the way they do. 1. Hidden amenity costs: We were never clearly informed during booking that access to many advertised amenities (water slides, bumper boats, etc.) requires purchasing a wristband. The cost is $15 per person per day, which adds up quickly for families. The nightly rates are already very high, and we only justified them because of the amenities.
