This home comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway! SPACE LIVING SPACE - Cozy 850+ sq ft home with living room, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning or Duraflame logs fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a Queen bed, private bath, and TV. Second bedroom has a bunk bed, twin bed and full bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker,, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. OUTDOORS - Heated community pool and Jacuzzi. Deck with gas barbecue and outdoor seating. PARKING - Parking for 2 vehicles, no boat/trailer parking ACCESS When reserved, the entire home will be dedicated to you and your guests. NOTES You have full access to the condo for a max of 4 people, and there are 2 parking spaces available in the parking lot! Lots of room. We are a pet friendly condo up to 2 dogs with a pet fee not refundable of $75.00 one time charge. ADDITIONAL RULES - Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the property. Any sign of smoking is subject to a $500 fine. - The jacuzzi is available year round, while the pool is only open from Memorial Day to mid October. Pool and spa hours are 8am-10pm. Check out is at 10am sharp, unless otherwise arranged with your host. - After 30 minutes of not checking out, a $50 fee will be incurred. - After 1 hour of not checking out, you will be charged the nightly rate in addition to the $50 fine for that night as a penalty. Note that this charge does not grant you a reservation for that night. Pets are welcome at this home, but at a $75 fee per pet. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to notify the host of any pets will result in a $50 fee per pet.
