Welcome to our barn! This brand-new construction custom-built home was finished in June 2022. Built specifically to be a vacation home, we have thought of everything! This cabin has all solid wood furnishings, real leather upholstery, 1080p 40 inch TV's in each bedroom and great water pressure! Perched up on a hill in a quiet neighborhood, our home is secluded & quiet yet less than 5 min. from Shawnee Peak and Moose Pond. We cut no corners while building this house and hope to have you soon! We built this home around comfort. As short-term rental owners and managers, we truly understand what a guest is looking for from learning over the years. We have implemented all that information into this home. From TVs in each room to genuine quality leather couches to high-end dishware, we have opted into quality wherever possible. What we offer: Brand new mattresses (Sept 2022) Genuine Leather chairs and sofa 2022 Vermont Casting gas stove Quality sheets and towels Solid wood tables and chairs Polywood Adirondack chairs 40 inch TVs in each bedroom You will have access to everything and nothing is shared. WE ARE LOCAL - We are available at any time. Our home is set in a neighborhood where there are 4 other homes. Our street is set off of Knights Hill road which takes you directly to the lake! 4 wheel drive is not required but would be helpful We live in a quiet neighborhood and expect our guests to respect the neighbors. We offer free Tesla Charging - we only have the tesla hook up.
