The fifth bedroom, great for children, is colorfully decorated and has two twin-size beds and a double bed. A queen-size sleeper sofa can accommodate two more guests, and six cots for children are available. The first full bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination, a toilet, and a huge vanity with gorgeous countertops. The other three full bathrooms have a toilet, a large vanity, and a shower, and there is a half bathroom with a toilet and a sink. Linens and towels are provided. The living room offers lovely views of the pond and has a huge sectional sofa, a flat screen TV with satellite and cable, a DVD player, and a wood burning fireplace. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes with three ovens, two sinks, a refrigerator and freezer, and a gas range. There are two large dining tables to seat 19 guests. Other amenities include heating, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a selection of board games. The outdoor covered patio has a dining table, a sofa, chairs, a coffee table, and charcoal and gas grills. There are three hammocks and a fire pit with chairs in front of a large stocked catch and release pond. Plenty of fun amenities are provided, such as cornhole, air hockey and ping pong tables, a trampoline, and a basketball hoop. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, a wood burning fireplace, and a washer and dryer. There is a covered patio with both charcoal and gas grills. The large yard features plenty of comfortable seating, including lounge chairs and three hammocks for relaxing by the pond. There is also a fire pit in front of the pond surrounded by chairs. Firewood is provided and stocked inside a shed. There are plenty of amenities for the whole family to have fun together, including cornhole, a children´s swing, a ping pong table, a trampoline, a basketball hoop, and an air hockey table. There is a fishing dock leading to a catch and release pond stocked with bass, rock bass, and catfish. The driveway provides parking space for up to 15 vehicles, and the villa also has a garage.
