Absolutely beautiful campground. It’s a short drive to the Interstate but tucked away and quiet. Those trees are what makes that place so special. Friendly folks at checkin.
Scott and Melissa were friendly, professional and right there to answer your questions and fix any concerns you might have. Delightful camp experience. Clean bathrooms. My husband and I were there a month while we visited family in Savannah. We camped near the canal away from the road. we have a 24 ft. RV camper.
Quiet and convenient. The campground itself isn't level, but the gravel pads were OK and well drained even after a daylong rain. Nice folks and good value. Easy on-off from I-95. Not far from Savannah or shopping.
Shut everything down at 9pm. Not well taken care of. Just not recommended. It will suck the fun out of you Also the bugs will take you away. Need to spray. The area. For the gnats that bit the crap out of you. Will never go back. We were on a water conservation. So no washing the rv or truck. But the guys that do it and charge used the water. We dont mind paying a fee. To wash. But for them to say no to us and then let a company use it was kinda sketchy. It just wasn't a pleasant experience there for us. Went to a new place and our hole experience changed with our attitude. Just getting…
