Terrific Customer service!
While thw staff was amazing and very helpful, things were not great at the campsite from day one. None of the sites look like any of the pictures online. Our site had zero shade where the picture showed full tree coverage. Day 2, we noticed we didn't have any water on the site. Office had the repair guy come out. and fix it. He fixed it, but it caused the electricity to go out across 2 sites, including ours. We were able to run a long extension cord to a different site for power.
