ADDITIONAL RULES GENERAL RULES: - No parties, events, or occupancy over 12 people and MAX 6 cars - You must be 21 and over to book this property. Your reservation can be canceled if you are under the age of 21 and/or have negative reviews from other hosts. - Treat our home as you would your own. Furniture should not be moved around. There will be an additional cleaning fee for any stains on linens or sofas. Please address any spills quickly to avoid extra fees. A fee will be applied for late check out of $75 if you do not check out at the time listed. This is a pet friendly home $75 pet fee SPA RULES: Hot Tub and noise hours: 10:00am-8:00pm. (County rules.) Making noise and usage of the hot tub outside of these specified hours can result in fines and eviction from Code Enforcement. 1) No street parking - there is plenty of room in the driveway. 2) Wash, dry, put away all dishes/appliances that are used. 4) Lock all doors to the home while you're away & when checking out. 5) No fires outside, please, unless your house is equipped with a fire pit. 6) No underage drinking. No smoking of any kind on premises - we are in a high fire zone!! 7) No drugs or illegal acts on the premises. 8) Be safe but HAVE FUN! Hot tub: 1) Please use hot tub at your own risk. 2) No alcohol consumption in the hot tub. 3) Do not take any glasses into the hot tub. 4) No children under the age of 5 allowed in the hot tub and/or people who cannot swim. 5) Anyone with health risks should not enter the hot tub without consulting their primary physician. 6) Once you're done, please put cover back on and clip it in. - We reserve the right to charge you for damages up to the amount of $500 if anything is missing/broken from the property. - An additional charge may occur for late checkout. THE FOLLOWING RULES ARE SET BY THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY: PARKING All short-term renters must park on the rental property. No street parking is allowed. The number of approved spaces for your rental can be found on the information posted for the rental NOISE We know you have good taste in music, but your neighbors might not. So turn down the volume and keep all noise to a minimum. Guests are advised to adhere to quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. TRASH Please place all trash in approved containers. Ensure containers are closed to keep animals out. Do not place trash bags or other uncontained trash anywhere on the property. OCCUPANCY Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both. The approved number of people allowed in the unit can be found on the information posted inside the unit. PROHIBITED USES Short-term rentals may not be used for commercial purposes, such as filming, corporate retreats, conferences, or wedding receptions. COMPLAINTS The County operates a 24-hour hotline where residents can report short-term rental violations. All complaints are investigated and can result in a $1,000 or over citation. REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN You should receive a complete copy of the rental unit rules and regulations from the owner as well as information about penalties for violations.
