Both bedrooms have private balconies with serene outdoor views. Relax in the spacious living room, complete with a second fireplace and a 55” smart TV featuring streaming apps like Netflix, PrimeVideo, and Hulu. The room is perfect for cozy evenings with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware essentials you need. Step outside to your private patio or enjoy the common grilling area, just steps from the living room. A new washer and dryer are also available for your convenience, and there's ample overflow parking.
