About Spacious Lakeside Cottage with Wheelchair Access near Walker, Minnesota

This House can sleep up to 15 people maximum with seven bedrooms, one sleeper sofa, and four bathrooms. Each level features a full kitchen, living room, bedrooms and free Wi-Fi. Five bedrooms on the upper level with a master en-suite with double sinks and a Jacuzzi bathtub. Lower level features a stone fireplace in the living area, two bedrooms, and an office nook. Bed linens are provided, you supply your own pillows, towels, washcloths and dishcloths. The House is conveniently located 100 feet from the water with 600 feet of Lake Frontage. The House’s open concept floor plan is ideal for family reunions, birthdays, parties, showers, and romantic getaways! SPACE You will receive the door code upon check-in. Access to the garage and employee spaces may be locked, all other rooms will be open. ACCESS Follow signs to the house and property entrance will be a long driveway up to the home with attached garage. You can park anywhere along that entry drive. The main door will be open, code to lock it will be given upon check-in. NEIGHBORHOOD The Camp has other sites on the property. Other guests may or may not be renting the other buildings. There is a main office with a large attached garage where you can come with questions during working hours. Contact information for on-site staff will be given upon check-in and will be in a welcome book inside the cabin. TRANSIT You can drive on all dirt roads. We ask that no vehicles cross the small bridge to the back 40 acres. The town of Walker is 7 minutes north of the Camp and includes restaurants, a grocery store, and other shops. NOTES Available amenities will be accessible to guests at any time during the stay. Instructions and other information will be in the welcome book. ADDITIONAL RULES Guests are responsible for leaving the unit and property clean and in good condition. Failure to do so will result in additional charges: --Immediately clean any spills, especially on carpet and wood areas to avoid permanent stains. --Strip sheet and mattress pads from best and place on floors. Leave the sofa sleepers open if used. --If you use any lotions or oils before bed, please put a towel to save the sheets. --Please wash all dishes and return to original location. --Empty and dispose of unusable food items from the fridge. --All garbage must be bagged and placed in the outdoor trashcan. Trash bags are provided for your convenience. --If any furniture was moved, replace it to its original location. --Patio must be left tidy and grills scraped, if used. --Lock all windows and doors and turn off lights.
