Smiley Creek Lodge

I recently stayed at this location and it was during their off season. This place sits between Ketchum and Stanley in such a beautiful location. Visited mid April. When myself and my lady got here, it was green and beautiful outside. Overnight it snowed and was again beautiful outside. Location is excellent! The staff was very helpful local things to do. Lots of hiking, fishing, offroading or just places to vist and take pics. We stayed in a very nice tiny home, had large beautiful windows on one side with amazing view. I honestly had the worst experience of my life in this restaurant walked in, was treated as though we were a pain in the butt. Our server threw our beer at us and told us to make our own drinks and then served us raw hamburgers, not impressed. Clean up your act. Be nice.l!🤯

Ever meet someone who instantly makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door??? That was our experience at Smiley Creek Lodge this past Friday... Jason is an absolute legend and showed us the aloha spirit the entire time we were there… the kind of hospitality that just makes a place special. And the food was bomb... The chicken sandos were killer… the wings were even better… exactly what you want after a day out in the mountains. Great people… great food… great vibez… Next time we’re coming back to rent snowmobiles… Mahalo!

We did not stay here we rented snowmobiles. Check in was easy and all the people were very nice and help full. The conditions were very good, recent snow fall which helped. Area was very good for expert use and even for us as casual users, it was fun to follow the trails.
