Mendocino county is home to several award winning wineries and dining experiences featuring farm-to-table dishes, local vintages, and brews. The Coastal Redwoods and Pacific Ocean beaches are only 60 to 90 minutes drive through the worlds oldest and tallest trees (feels like Jurassic Park without the dinosaurs). The campsites feature running potable water, a propane grill, a private outdoor hot shower, and standard but clean port-a-potty.
